A bon vivant’s paradise
Calling all gastronomes and fans of the grape, this could be the perfect plan for your next long weekend away. It’s no secret that some of Australia’s best wine comes from the South Highlands, making it a must-visit destination if you’re partial to the fruits of viticulture! Bacchanalian boasts aside, the region is renowned for its gorgeous scenery. Rolling hills that gently undulate for miles on end reflect the highland’s laidback pace.

Do Downtown Abbey Aussie style and stop for a stately stay at Milton Park. A veritably regal country house with its very own estate, this residence has a rich history that can be traced back to the early 1900s.
